SS Private room in mixed shared flat – R1B1

GENERAL HOUSE RULES

- No visitors, parties, or reunions are allowed

- Forbidden to people with no booking to spend the night in the flat

- No loud music (you will share with more guests)

- Walls in Ireland are thin, do not make too much noise

- No drinking alcohol or smoking

- No getting drunk or high on the property

- It is not allowed any type of harassment or discrimination between the guests

- No bikes are allowed on the property or they will take them out without giving any responsibility to the host

- No pets/animals allowed inside the property

- Any guests belonging in the common area will be removed

- Do not leave personal belongings in the bathroom if it is not a private bathroom

- LATE CHECK-OUT will be charged €20. The guest has until 10:15 am to do the checkout or the fee will be applied. The guest agrees to pay it immediately through the app. It will be charged automatically.

- Any damage to the property, bedding stuff, mattress, or stuff provided caused by the guest a fee will be applied according to the damage caused and the guest agrees to pay it immediately through the app. It will be charged automatically.

- If the guest’s bed is occupied this one has the responsibility to inform the host. If they have not answered the chat, they have to contact the host through a phone call or Whats App call. The guest agrees to pay the cleaning fee of the bed used in the case to use another bed than the one assigned and agrees to pay it immediately through the app. It will be charged automatically.
- The guest agrees to have read and verified the address before his/her/their arrival and has asked if they have had any doubt. The guest accepts we provide him/her/them the right location and photos of the main entrance to get to the flat and no refund will be applied to the host in case of not finding the property

- In case the guest uses a bed other than the one assigned, a fee of €12 will be applied and the guest agrees to pay it immediately through the app. It will be charged automatically

- If the guest uses a bed with no booking he/she/they accept to pay immediately a fee of €40 per night used through the app. It will be charged automatically.

- The washing machine and dryer (if available) won’t be available between 11:00 and 15:00 or the clothes will be removed

-The price of the booking may change depending on the season. We reserve the right to request a price change, if the guest decides not to accept the changes we could cancel the booking.

- The number of guests in the room has to be the number in the listing as maximum. Otherwise, a fee of €40 per night will be applied and the guest accepts to pay it immediately through the app. It will be charged automatically.

- It’s not allowed to change the power supplier.

- Only one person is allowed in the shower

- The kitchen utensils are for all the guests. Forbidden to keep your food in the pans or take food to the room

- Forbidden to cook smelly foods

- You must wash your dishes and keep clean the flat or an extra cleaning fee will be applied

- Do not use the washing machine or dryer between 11:00 and 15:00, or too late at night. Otherwise, the clothes will be removed

- Do not enter another room that it’s not where your assigned bed

- Do not use, sleep or put your belongings in another bed that it’s not the one assigned to you

- Not allowed to leave personal belongings all over the place

- Respect other guests’ belongings or actions will be taken!

- You must respect your bed, room, flat and what it’s provided

- The property does not have parking space

- No entry if you haven’t read the flat’s description

- If it’s no private room, no room key is provided

- No locker is provided

- In summer, the house can be warm. Don't open the windows widely!

- We are not responsible in case of theft or loss

- Random checks will be made to private rooms
