HOUSE RULES:
The guest(s) will have exclusive use of the designated bed/room and will share the room and the facilities of the common parts of the property with the other guests.
No bikes are allowed inside the property.
No parties or meetings are allowed inside the property.
No loud music is allowed.
It is forbidden to drink alcohol or smoke inside the property.
It is not allowed any type of harassment or discrimination between the guest(s)s.
No pets or other animals are allowed inside the property.
It is mandatory to inform the property management about any leakage, spillage or stains at the moment it occurs.
Any damage to the property, furniture, appliances and fittings a fee will be applied according to the damage caused and the guest(s) agrees to pay it immediately.
Management may charge the guest(s) for professional cleaning if necessary.
The kitchen facilities provided are available to be shared among guest(s) on an equitable basis.
It is not allowed to take outside the kitchen or living room area any of the kitchen equipment, including cutlery and plates.
Kitchen hygiene is essential at all times. It is mandatory to wash the dishes, clean appliances, cutlery, chairs, tables and floors immediately and keep the flat clean.
It is not allowed to leave the cooker and oven unattended when heated.
Electrical equipment must be plugged out if not in use and fire doors need to be kept closed.
It is forbidden to use Washing machine and dryer late at night .
It is not allowed to invite third parties to stay overnight at the property.
Only one person is allowed per bed. The guest(s) must respect the bed numbering, allocation and what has been provided. It is not allowed to change bed or change the lock door entrances without authorisation, fees will apply.
Respect the privacy of the guest(s)s and the rules of coexistence. Entering unassigned rooms is prohibited.
At the end of the stay, the guest(s) must leave the property in no worse condition than it was found at the start of the stay.
The corridor needs to be kept free of debris and personal belongings at all times for fire safety reasons.
It is not allowed to leave personal belongings outside of the allocated storage facilities and bed
space.
Every guest must respect other guests’ personal belongings at all times.
Lock the entrance doors and close the windows when you leave the property at all times. The management is not responsible for loss, theft or forgetfulness inside the property.
Energy saving is mandatory; this includes reducing shower times to maximum 10 minutes and not to open any windows while a heater is on during winter time.
Random checks will be made regularly without notice.
The management reserves the right to enter shared rooms at all times for viewings or inspections.
The guest(s) is responsible for the weekly payment of all service charges in relation to the property.
The Owner(s) and the guest(s) will complete, sign and date an inspection report at the beginning and at the end of their stay.
If the guest(s) has any issue, this one has the responsibility to inform customer service.
The guest(s) acknowledges to obey the above terms and conditions which may be changed or be extended over time as issues arise.
In case of breach of any conditions or house rules, the Owner may ask the guest to leave with immediate effect.
